The Kaiser Mountains 

German: Kaisergebirge, lit. “emperor mountains”

is a mountain range in the Eastern Alps with two main mountain ridges called Zahmer Kaiser (“tame emperor”) and as seen in the painting Wilder Kaiser (“wild emperor”). They offer some of the loveliest scenery in all the Northern Limestone Alps.
